Summer Holiday Essentials – Part 2

Summer Holiday Essentials – Part 2

Choosing what make up to take with you on your holidays is such a struggle. You need the basics, but then you want to make sure you have a colour for any occasion and outfit whilst away, and importantly, you don’t know what you’re skin will do whilst basking in the sun! I compiled my top make up essentials on holiday, that I know I will definitely be taking!

I’m not really one for for taking expensive make up on holiday, just because I tend to go make up free during the day, and it’s only in the evenings when I apply some basic products. My skin goes incredibly dry and just generally not very nice when I’m in the heat, so I think the Bourjois Air Mat foundation will be perfect to hide out my imperfections. It is a a little bit darker that I would usually go for, but with a tan I think it will look ok!

Eyeshadows usually take up so much room, especially palettes, so I’ve chosen the Sleek Original palette as it contains a lot of bright and neutral shades that will be great for evenings and nights out. It’s always really tricky choosing lipsticks as I have such a wide selection of different brands and colours. I think I’ve managed to pick quite wisely, as I have a red, pink and a nude liquid matt colour, so I’m hoping that I’ll have a lipstick to match with any outfit.

If anyone has any suggestions on holiday make up or anyway I can limit the amount I take, then please comment!

Lots of Love,

Clox
